Silver Dragon Sesshin - 2025

As we age, our Buddhist practice and life offers us gifts and challenges that differ in significant ways from the practice of younger people. This sesshin for those 60 and over. We'll enjoy a relaxed schedule and environment to consider the ancient teachings and hard-earned wisdom of our elder life. There will be time for zazen, guided inquiry, dharma talk, group sanzen, oryoki and dream work.

A silver dragon schedule is available for anyone over 60. A silver dragon schedule offers either a one hour later start in the morning or one hour earlier end in the evening.
