The Arc of Practice

The Buddha said the Dharma is "good in the beginning, good in the middle, good in the end." But as we practice, it sometimes doesn't feel this way. Together in this sesshin, we explore the arc of practice that runs through a day of sitting, a week of sesshin, a season, a lifetime of practice -- or any long-term relationship. There is always more to see.
