Through the Sense Gates Sesshin

This silent meditation retreat will bring together the Ango themes of creative exploration through the sense gates - sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and mind - as they have been revealed as the Dharma treasure that all experience. Zazen, oryoki, dharma talks, sanzen and a creative project are included.

We do encourage full-time participation, a residential option is available for those who would prefer it. A silver dragon schedule is available for anyone over 60, with either a one hour later start in the morning or one hour earlier end in the evening.
