The Four Watches of the Night, an all night meditation retreat

Friday, July 11, 7pm - Saturday, July 12, 7am | July 11-12

Practice helps us pay attention to and appreciate our life as it appears in this moment - your shoe, your neighbor, the birds on the handrail, the difficult boss, the sidewalk under your feet, the moon in the night sky, all so worthy of your notice and care. All elements of you.

We are looking forward to sharing this night of concentrated practice with you!

July 11, 7pm -July 12, 7am

Appreciating our life, day and night, emerging as this moment is a blessing that comes to us in our Zen practice. During this retreat we experience the textures and depths of the four watches of night. Concentrated practice, held in silence through the dark night, with less formality and instruction than our daylight retreats, allows us to truly steep in what the night has to offer. Full and partial attendance is welcome.
