Workshop for Releasing Karma

Using the tools that the Dharma offers to investigate and appreciate experiences that haunt us and have led to a sense of restriction in our living, preventing us from growing into our innate wholeness. In this workshop we’ll clear a path with zazen and journaling to help what is unsettled in us to become clear. We end the day with the Sejiki Ceremony. Informal dinner included.
